HDB-850 Series

Hongda's main products are JDB inlay series bearings, copper sleeves, skateboards, rough series, FB090 series bearings, JF800 bimetal series bearings, SF series self-lubricating bearings and other ten series products.

Sintered metal bearings
HDB-850 HDB-850 series is a composite material cast or sintered on the steel back, generally compounded to a thickness of 0.3-2mm. Through different combinations of materials to achieve different bearing capacity and friction coefficient.

850-A features

● Copper alloy is cast on the surface of carbon steel, the manufacturing process makes the copper and steel joint surface achieve complete metallurgical bonding
● At the same time, it has the wear resistance of copper alloy and the high mechanical strength properties of steel
● Reduces the cost of materials, and also improves its carrying capacity.
● Self-lubricating effect can be achieved after inlaid with graphite.

850-B、C Characteristics

● Copper-iron alloy as the main raw material, containing graphite, molybdenum disulfide and other low-friction materials, processed by high-temperature sintering technology.
● Dispersed solid lubricant is evenly distributed, and there will be no crawling phenomenon under microscopic movement. Suitable for small-stroke fretting conditions.
● Solid lubricant will be released to the surface of the dual parts in time when friction occurs, which can provide a solid lubricant transfer film for its surface stably.
● Compared with traditional powder metallurgy, it is more wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant.
● Metal substrate can be copper, carbon steel and stainless steel to adapt to different working conditions.
