Solid lubricated bearings
JDB uses high-strength copper alloy as the basic material, and according to the working conditions, a certain proportion of holes are processed on the working surface and filled with solid lubricant. The high-strength copper alloy provides a high load-bearing capacity and the solid lubricant can form a lower friction pair. Under dry friction conditions, we design a layer of pre-lubricating film on the bearing surface to ensure that the solid lubricant is transferred to the coupler in the shortest time and an effective solid lubricating film is formed.

Application characteristics

HDB-JDB-10 is a new product inlaid with solid lubricant on the base of high-strength brass, which breaks the limit of ordinary bearings relying on oil film lubrication. It is suitable for use under high temperature, high load, corrosion resistance or failure to lubricate. Its hardness is twice as high as the general copper sleeve, and its wear resistance is also twice as high. Currently widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machines, steel rolling equipment, mining machinery, ships, steam turbines, injection molding machines and equipment production lines.
HDB-JDB-20 is mainly suitable for low load, high temperature and medium speed applications, such as fireplace door hinges. Oven raceway, light industry machinery, machine tool industry, etc.
The interior material of HDB-JDB-30 is the same as HLDB-JDB-20, in addition to the function of HLDB-JDB-20, it also reflects the cost savings, improves the compressive strength and can be welded and installed on the end face and the substrate, suitable for construction Non-lubricated parts in machinery, metallurgical machinery and transportation machinery.
HDB-JDB-40 is a reinforced product, which has extremely high compression resistance, and is particularly suitable for the supporting parts of lifting machinery, such as: excavator support, winch support, crane support, etc. However, because the substrate is made of steel, it is not suitable for use in water, acid or alkali.
HDB-JDB-50 is a typical material-saving product. In places where the mechanical performance requirements are not very high, it can be used as an alternative material for HLDB-JDB-10, which can greatly reduce the cost and meet the requirements of use, such as: mold guide post, injection molding machine mold frame, etc.
